About this opportunity

Refined Integrated Health is looking for a Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in South Surrey.

We’re especially interested in finding someone who is genuinely passionate about where they want to take their career. Maybe you already have an area of physiotherapy you love, or maybe you’re looking for the right clinic to help you develop one.

Whether that’s sports rehabilitation, Pilates-based physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, pelvic health, concussion rehabilitation, running injuries, return-to-sport programming, or another area within physiotherapy, we would love to help you develop that focus and bring it to the community.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than simply filling a treatment room. We want to support a practitioner in building a practice that reflects their interests, strengths, and long-term goals while being part of a collaborative multidisciplinary clinic.

Requirements

Requirements:

•Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC

•Professional liability insurance

•Eligible to practise physiotherapy in British Columbia

•Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient-care skills

•Commitment to maintaining appropriate documentation and professional standards

•Additional training, certifications, or areas of specialization are considered an asset

Schedule

We have flexibility and are open to building a schedule that works for the right practitioner.

Availability may include:

•Mornings

•Daytime

•Evenings

•Weekends

We’re happy to discuss part-time or a schedule that can grow over time.

Compensation & What We Offer:

Compensation is offered on a competitive percentage split, based on experience, additional training, specialization, existing practice development, and other professional assets you bring to the clinic.
